Knowledge

Our efforts would be for nothing without good product knowledge together with an understanding of the industry in which we operate. Product training is ongoing with regular in house sessions lead by invited technical staff from the leading manufacturers. As a result you will discover for example, that our staff know the difference between a type 4 and a type 2 walltie, and can advise as to the maximum height of brickwork they are suitable for as well as the cavity widths they can accommodate, try asking the same question to some of the big name national tele-sales people...
